Very professional interview process, however the base salary was too little for what I was requiring. Interview saw me having to make a presentation, using PowerPoint using approximately 30 slides over a 30 minute period and presenting that to an individual in the boardroom and two other members of the leadership team via teams.

Succession were keen to understand how I would prospect my own leads, and if I had any legacy business to bring onto their books.
