Quick and easy Within days. After my friend reffered me. I simply applied online.i had several interviews and then was given an offer. The process was very professional. Interviews were set up and everyone was timely. The Hr department was great. They followed through on the whole thing.

Pretty easy going interview process, did have to go through an HR/In-house recruiter type and then met hiring managers. Two trips there , then I waited a period of about three weeks, then I got the offer.
