It is a three step process. The first interview may be a group interview in which they have you complete and 4 page questionnaire to get an idea of your experience/ knowledge because they don’t ask too much about knowledge during the actual interview. If it is a group interview you are individually interviewed after they disclose the lengthy list of responsibilities required of the CF. Once this is all over they may take about a week to email you back for part two which is an in person co-treat session with one of their SLPs to see your skills. After making it through this you have a phone call with the owner and then sign the contract.
