Sulake Software Developer interview questions

I came to the company, which was just in the growing phase and had only 27 people(2003). My interview was held in cafe. It was very casual talk and at the end several things in common were found and I got an offer to join Sulake team. However, this is not a case any more. Right now there are test tasks to be done in order to pass an interview.
