Summer Search interview questions

Cover letter and resume, multiple rounds of interviews - phone, video and in person - opportunities to meet team. Group and 1:1 interviews. References checked. Vibe was approachable; some interviewers were very skilled; some in groups were less so and asked inappropriate questions (nothing egregious, just a little off). Communication of the process was very clear. Human centered.

Three rounds of interviews, one being a screening, the other with the Executive Director, and the third with various team members interacting with the role. The process was fair and relaxed with an opportunity to learn about the company and culture and space to provide information about your skillset and interest.
