Zero Work-Life Boundaries: They expect immediate responses even before your start date. If you aren't tethered to your email 24/7, they question your "seriousness." Total Lack of Empathy: They do not care about personal or medical emergencies. A single day of silence due to a crisis is enough for them to rescind an offer you’ve already accepted. Career Risk: They have no qualms about withdrawing an offer after you’ve already declined other companies and resigned from your current role, leaving you stranded.
