Interview
1 hour with management then 1 hour with lab manager.
Basic technical questions based on experience and why you are looking to move. Seemed they had been there all day and were bored so not much enthusiasm there. The company seems very nice lab and equipment are all good and looks to have a good progressive optimism about it.
