SunCloud Health interview questions

As i was getting ready to interview with the person named Kelsey F. I was met with an controlling tone and was told at first they find out my name online. which I thought was odd because I never met this person or to even say that you investigated my background. In my years of interviewing this was odd. This was without my consent or knowledge. I have my personal life and reasons not share why i was in a transition. When asked important questions about the work culture it seemed unstructured, dismissive, and low interest about the mental health of the clinicians. Which I decided to end the session. I interviewed for another position within the same facility with another young lady who was very well rounded in her responses. I was hopeful that -that would give me the chance to start because I vulnerable people in my life to support. However, I was met that they went with another candidate. I am not sure if the same person influenced the decision in my application for the role. My suggesting do some reflection about your role as leader before assuming other clinicians are beneath you.
