Applied online, was contacted by the HR recruiter for the initial phone screen interview, received a call back within a few hours to set up an in person interview, that was scheduled locally. The day after that in person interview was flown to the branch I initially applied, interviewed with hiring manager and panel of other branch managers.

I was interviewed by Alicia, who was absolutely awesome. She asked pointed questions and sounded like she really cared who was hired by her company. I think anyone looking for a great opportunity, look no further.

3 stages. group interview started the process. Individual meeting was followed by final interview before an offer was sent to me a week later via email. No negotiating was offered. Take it or leave it deal
