Interview
The interview process was quite structured and thorough. It started with an initial phone screening where they asked about my background, past projects, and availability. After that, I had a technical interview with a panel of engineers and project managers. They asked detailed questions about my experience with rigid pipeline installation, subsea structures, and metrology for spool installations. Some questions were scenario-based, where they wanted to see how I would handle unexpected challenges offshore.
There was also a behavioral interview where they assessed my leadership and teamwork skills. They asked about times I had to manage conflicts on a project or adapt to sudden changes in offshore operations.
Overall, the process was professional and engaging. The technical part was challenging but fair, and the behavioral questions allowed me to showcase my problem-solving abilities. I appreciated how they gave me the opportunity to discuss my past experiences in depth. After the final round, they provided feedback and later extended an offer. It was a smooth and positive experience.

HR representative was polite, but vague and unresponsive throughout the process. No proactive attempt to follow through with interview outcome. Little to no trust in the feedback provided.
