I felt privileged to have a thoughtful, positive, and well-organized interview process with Sundays from beginning to end. Prior to interviewing with Sundays, I had been on the hunt for a new role and actively interviewing for a few months. Sundays was a breath of fresh air in that each step of the process was clearly communicated, interviewers were warm and engaged, and my time and experience was respected at every stage. I particularly appreciated the focus on finding a fit through intentional conversations and regular touch points with the hiring manager, rather than lengthy assignments. The Sundays People Team truly cares about the experience of each and every candidate, regardless of how they advance throughout the process.

Questions were often situational and relevant based on the interviewer (e.g. People asking about values and prioritization at a busy startup or Marketing digging into retention efforts and results). Having direct examples with results and KPIs prepared will be the best way to thoughtfully answer these questions with enough detail.

I valued the upfront communication from the recruiter regarding the interview stages.
