Casual, laid back interview over coffee with manager and assistant manager then received a phone call soon after with job offer. General sales questions and asking about previous roles and experience in retail.
Group interview where each participant introduces themselves, shares their work experience, educational background, and answers general questions to give the interviewer a broad sense of their professional and personal profile.
