The interview process was well organized and professional. The interview panel was welcoming and provided an opportunity to discuss both clinical experience and situational nursing scenarios. Questions focused on clinical judgment, prioritization, patient safety, assessment, and communication. Candidates with experience in acute care, medicine, surgery, or resource teams may find the scenarios relatable, but it is important to prepare examples that demonstrate critical thinking and interdisciplinary collaboration.
