Interview
It was great. I felt like I was talking to friends. The questions were uncomplicated and thought provoking. I actually enjoyed it. They answered all of my questions and seemed to genuinely care

If there was a difference in customer service and the customer experience. If so, what was it.
Normal interview process. Easy and straight to the point, had two interviews. First interview was with one manager and the second interview was with a senior manager. Did not get an offer.
