Interview
Was contacted off LinkedIn by recruiter - I wasn't even looking for a job. Position sounded intriguing so met with key leader on first virtual interview and was well-addressed and questions were appropriate and did a good job of "selling" the role. Secondary with a key member of current team and that one felt more "checklisty" and lacked real connection - felt like it was just "tell me about a time"...but they didn't actually care about the answers as they just went to the next one quickly. Last interview was very productive as it was a key leader of the role and was more in-depth and to the point with details and felt really pursued and needed at that point.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Sunrun (Orange, CA)
Interview
The interview was a standard interview. However, I did have it via phone with two people which could make the conversation challenging at times. Although the interview appeared to go well and there was consistent banter back and forth, it seem the company is having some internal struggles with growing pains. The interviewers told me about this and then when I called about the position, which I was never notified on, my recruiter told me the company merged different positions so that was no longer a job within the company. Additionally, they haven't updated any of this information on the website for 6 months. I tried to follow up to get another position because I thought the company would be a good match and I was understanding of resolving some issues with growth, but leaving the same position available on the site when it's not even a real job anymore made me stray away from trying again.

Interview
Quick response to the application which turns out that they had basically 1 or 2 days to hire the requisite folks with their extensive 10 day background process. I was told mid interview that the hiring manager was busy and I didn't need to talk to them and was walked out. The team lead who interviewed me was sick and couldn't have cared less about the process. Easily the worst interview process in my 32 year career. I can't emphasize this enough.... this is the most basic call center job of all time with your time micromanaged and each person I saw there working looked as if it was a death sentence. Avoid at all costs. My "ding" letter said they found one person who was better than me.. they were hiring 17 people. A total joke. Again, avoid.

Every question was the most generic "Tell us about a time" question that you've ever heard in this situation. The team lead entering the information had the interest of a clown at a mime convention.
