Beware - They refused to put my offer in writing and then rescinded it when I asked for time to consider.
They refused to give me a written offer letter (or even just an email stating my salary, pto, benefits, etc.) and after I asked for a few days to consider their offer they called me the next day to say they were going to go forward with another candidate. They refused to work with me every step of the way and would not put anything in writing. Only verbally over the phone because they said they just "don't do that". I feel that an offer letter is standard practice across most industries, especially for a salary job with pto and benefits but they acted like they had never heard of anyone asking for such a thing before. They would not even send me an email simply stating my salary. I now realize they did not want me to be able to negotiate anything and only wanted to protect themselves.
If you do choose to interview with them it was a quick phone call to just schedule the interview and then 2 in-person interviews with the marketing director. The interviews were easy and they asked normal, thoughtful questions and I didn't see the red flags at first.
