It is not intimidating walking and waiting in their corporate offices for the interview. Staff is professional and they want you to be there on time. I believe you get interviewed by the head of HR. She is very professional and begins by asking you simple questions about your experience with directing and watching over a group of children. I am not sure if they ask you what your preferred age group is. She also talks about the company and how you should correct children’s behavior after you answered some questions. If they like your responses, they will go ahead and make you sign the paperwork right there. I did not like how rushed everything was though, because the next day I had to come in to work and pick up the work shirts at the corporate office before my shift. It was all very stressful and I wish I would have been given more time to prepare before my shift.
