Interview
Very friendly and comfortable. Was asked serious of different questions and then required to do a shop floor exercise which was asking customers whether they would be interested in a health and beauty card. Was then taken back to the interview room and asked about availablity. Was told I would hear back in two days which I did and was offered the job.
If you have had experience in customer service it will be fine, if not could be difficult as questions are based on times you’ve dealt with things obviously you can make it up

it was quick, the person was very friendly and felt like a casual conversation rather than an interview. there was multiple people in the room having separate interviews. however i have not heard back and its been a week and they said they would call me back

tell me about yourself, tell me a time you worked as part of a team, do you shop here and are you familiar with the shop, do you know about cosmetics and if not are you willing to learn about cosmetics
Asked basic interview questions (tell me about yourself etc). The interviewer was nice and made it seem less stressful. Definitely know a bit about the place before the interview as it helps
