Recruiter Screening. The recruiter was highly qualified and provided all the necessary context right away. She had a deep understanding of the tech stack, the upcoming steps and the specific engineering teams I could potentially join.
3. CS Fundamentals.
This round focused on DSA, consisting of two lc Easy/Medium problems with a focus on further optimization. It was a great collaborative experience. The Tech Lead was very supportive. We had a friendly, open discussion while working through the solutions and brainstormed ways to optimize the code together.
4. Experience impact.
The final round was a deep dive into my background. I had the opportunity to walk them through the architecture of a project I am most proud of. The conversation felt cozy and welcoming.
The entire process took a little over a month, which was completely reasonable given that the start date is set for the end of June.
