I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Superhuman (Kraków) in Dec 2023
Interview
The recruiter was very formal and professional. The hiring process for this role consists of 6 interviews and a 2-hour task. I've passed 2 calls and the task but received a rejection email afterward. They seemed like they were interested in my candidature. However, after I asked for more detailed feedback about my rejection, they simply ignored me. The process took 3 weeks for me, which is lengthy, considering I only went through a part of the hiring process. Other companies offer similar benefits and compensation and don't drag their possible employees through such a lengthy process. I was invested and genuinely wanted to join the company. The Team Lead was also very formal during the interview and asked somewhat difficult questions with no time to think. I was basically bombarded with non-typical interview questions and needed some time to come up with an answer, but I wasn't provided the opportunity. The whole atmosphere wasn't friendly at all. The Team Lead also mentioned they were severely understaffed. I'm guessing why, huh.
I'm sure the company is great, but my experience wasn't the best.

Great interview process from the initial call with the recruiter, to the final presentation. The recruiter was communicative and extremely helpful and the conversations with the hiring manager and beyond were a great mix of informational and informative.
