Interview
One on one with Chief Maintenance Engineer. At the time I went to a jobfair at Workforce and was pre_interviewed by the lead HR from Superior Linen then sent to the Muskogee, Ok plant to be Interviewed by the Chief Maintenance Engineer.

Interview
The initial contact was through a family member, who prompted me to call the GM of the Tulsa plant. We arranged a lunch meeting at a local restaurant for the interview. Since I had equivalent experience, and was known by the company's management staff, it was a relatively informal process. I received an offer and took it at that interview.

After I had accepted the offer, I was asked "what will you do when they offer you more money and/or a promotion?". It was an unexpected question (I hadn't thought that far ahead).

Interview
The interview process was powerful and very inclusive. I found candor and honesty at every level. Given the opportunity to meet with all levels of management including potential peers provided a true 360 degree view of this company and provided an excellent environment in which to make a career decision.
