I was approached for 2 different HR persons of this company within a week saying that my profile was perfect for the job. I had a first interview but to access to the second interview you have to make a 15 pages presentation that takes a week. Completely ridiculous if you are interviewing a person with long experience, a great portfolio and little time due to the current position. Of course I left the process because I don’t have the time right now. And they lost a great professional. So I believe this company is full of desperate people to get a job and probably not the most qualified.
