Interview
The hiring process consisted of 5 stages:
- Interview with recruiter
- Interview with Creative Director
- Assessment
- Interview with Creative Lead
- Interview with VP
Throughout the whole process, the recruiter was very diligent and helped me understand each phase properly. The thing that stood out the most about the hiring process itself was that everyone was kind and human. The interview stages felt less like robotic interviews and more like real conversations about my career, about design overall and the industry, and the future of AI. I really liked that.
The assessment was tough but fair, as it evaluated aspects of my thought process and the design choices that I made. It was evaluated if I could follow directions, understand the briefing, and execute the tasks with critical thinking.
Overall, the hiring process was a very positive experience.

Interview
I loved that it had varius steps, so everyone could actually get to know me and my skills. I felt like i had plenty of time to talk about my experience and my goals. Every person that interviewed me was very nice.
