      I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Support.com (Augusta, GA) in May 2016

      Interview

      I applied and within 3 weeks I was sent a link via email for a phone interview. Then I selected a date and time. Next, I was sent an email confirmation (went to the spam folder). The start of the interview I was informed about the position. At the end of the interview, I was told that I will be notified about the next move. During the interview, I was sad that I did not receive an offer.

Scenario question: Irate customer calls about a wireless network, but does not want to be transferred, how would you handle that? 4. In a resident situation, how would you handle a wifi device shut off? 5. What have you recently connected? 6. What software do you use often? 7. What was the first technological device you had that wow you? 8. Why do you want to work in a call center? 9. What is your definition of excellent customer service?

      Short and by video. Simple questions. Very fair and kind interviewer. This company puts customer service before technology so make sure you’re quite nice. Second round interview is done via zoom interview they will check your computerAnd your Internet speed

      Pretty streamlined, applied, did the webcam interview. Computer was actually not up to specs, so had to upgrade. After upgrading and forwarding my new specifications to the company, I was eventually contacted via phone.
