The head chef called me on the phone and asked me a few questions. We had a nice conversation and she invited me in for an in person interview. I came in we talked about the job, she asked me questions about various scenarios that would happen to a chef in the kitchen. Very basic things. She was very polite. She informed me that the next step in the process was I needed to cook for her and the store manager and possibly a third person a simple 30 minute meal.
