I was contacted by a recruiter about this position, so there was a phone screen with the recruiter who first contacted me, then I was moved to the interview process with Surefire. The process is generally a phone screen with HR, in-person interview with hiring manager & team, then final in-person interview with an executive team member. It was really amazing to see the commitment from the executive team to interview candidates to ensure the right cultural fit with the organization.
