Surf Life Saving Australia interview questions

Following the initial HR pre-screening call, I had a video call with the hiring manager and a stakeholder present. It was quite informal and conversational. I was a seed a number of questions, and got to ask a few questions at the end of the interview.

The first step was a phone interview with Human Resources, consisting of initial screening questions. In the call, I was offered a second interview in person with the Supporter Care supervisors.
