Went through a 3 stage process, it was nice and pleasant. Didn't get the offer at the end of the lengthy process which was fine, however asked for feedback and 2 weeks later nothing. Followed up several times , received a response saying I would be getting feedback but nothing. Very Disappointing after taking time out whilst on holiday to interview to then not get any constructive feedback. I was very happy with the whole interview process and this one detail which is maybe the most important for a candidate when not getting the job, I heard nothing back after chasing 2-3 times for feedback. Its very unprofessional and just not a very nice way to treat potential candidates.
