Interview
Got a call from HR and was asked to visit office to meet hiring manager F2F. It was a really great conversation and the hiring manager explained about the role in detail.
Second round was with the future manager who was also a hiring manager , he asked about my prior experiences
Third round was with an experienced product manager who asked product sense and root cause questions
Fourth round was with an experienced designer on cross functional collabs and approach
Last and final round was with the director of product on cultural fit

Interview
The interview consisted of a recruiter call, a hiring manager screen, and then a case study. The case was basically to write a six-month roadmap. I thought it wasn't a great case. I got dinged for not being detailed enough. I don't think companies should make candidates do free labor. Have a case where you can see how a PM thinks and tackles a problem space. Not just do brainstorming for the team.

Interview
They reached out and asked me to sign up for a quick interview with the recruiter. I used their link to sign up via calendly. I received helpful reminders the day before the call. I waited for the call but recruiter didn’t call, email or text.
I sent an email to the recruiter hoping nothing bad had happened to her but after two days still no response. After not hearing from the recruiter, I sent an email to the hiring manager (several days ago) — still no response.
I was excited about the opportunity and had scheduled the call during my vacation, so I was disappointed. I’ve never been ghosted by a company before, but I guess it was a learning experience.
