The interview lasted around 30–45 minutes in total. The overall atmosphere was quite relaxed and friendly. It was not overly formal, and the interviewer made the process feel comfortable. There was no need to turn on the camera, which made the interview feel less stressful.
The interview mainly consisted of several behavioral questions and two probability questions. The behavioral questions focused on my motivation, background, interest in the role/program, teamwork experience, and how I approach problem-solving. The probability questions were not extremely difficult, but they required clear logical thinking and the ability to explain the reasoning step by step.
At the end, there was a Q&A section, where I had the opportunity to ask more about the program, the team culture, and the next steps in the recruitment process.
Overall, the interview style was chill, conversational, and well-structured. I would recommend preparing by reviewing common behavioral questions, practicing probability puzzles, and being ready to clearly explain your thought process.
