I received an email to setup a phone interview a few days after i submitted my application. I had the phone interview the next week. Received an email the following week stating they were perusing other candidates.

I interviewed at SIG in April 2022 for the Financial Accountant Role. The first round -screen phone call with a recruiter, very pleasant. Standard questions about professional background and experience. Second round- zoom call with the hiring manager. I had a great experience speaking with the hiring manager, a very knowledgeable professional, felt more like a conversation. Standard questions about previous experience, why SIG, strengths, and weaknesses. After I received positive feedback and was moved to the next round of the interview process, I learned that the role is not going to be hybrid. Unfortunately, I had to decline moving forward. Driving from NJ to Bala Cynwyd, PA every day sounded terrifying to me.
