The was a phone screening first, consisting of a relatively straight forward probability question (what are the odds that, across a roll of three fair dice, the same number will land on each of the dice; answer: 1/36, since the first role makes no difference; where they intend to trick you) and other background questions, mostly not pertaining to resume content.
The on-site interview wasn't very difficult. Just a walk-through of the resume and elaboration on any relevant experiences. Explanation of the position, followed by an opportunity to ask questions.
