Completed online test then first round interview. Online test was 15 or so maths questions in short period of time. Duration was half an hour. Questions were on market making/ probability. Was rejected shortly after,

Passed OA. Heard back after more than a month. Did not pass the first round with HR. Do not know the reason why I failed since I should get all of the questions correct. Maybe headcount issues.
