Depends on the role and team can be in 2 sessions. Sometimes they give a task to do for an interview which could be in questions and how you would solve them
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Explain one of your difficult situation in your previous experience and how dd you solve?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Sustrans (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
Very good comms throughout the process, clear stages, thoughtful adjustments to make everyone feel comfortable. Including time to process questions. Lots of questions were quite specific so were hard to answer if not your area or current role. Feedback was given by phone afterwards which was appreciated.

Question 1
Give examples of times you have applied for funding or grants
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sustrans (Bristol, England) in Jul 2023
Interview
I had a face-to-face interview that began with a quick overview of my background and skills. After that, we moved into a Q&A section where they asked a few follow-up questions about my experience and approach to design. The interview ended with a short practical task that took around 15 minutes to complete.
