Very Professional, Questions were asked irrelevant to the process, The Reviewer was professional and understanding, there were a few girls at the interview, Sutherland makes it a point to makes sure they started home soon as well, hats off to that.

Interview process was not well structured, felt like I was being pushed through for rounds of interview without me knowing what it was for. HR representatives were very busy and it looked as if they were under staffed.
