At first there was an introduction of the company describing about their services, the 1st round was regarding Non - voice and the 2nd round was Voice and the 3rd round which was the final round was HR interview.

The first round was group discussion and second round was online assessment when I tried to open it shows the test has been already completed and I lost my chance to take the assessment and they simply rejected even they didn't resolved technical problem from their end .
Very practical and had assessments The interviewer was professional I can recommend working here for freshers It is a good MNC company to grow in your career Use the opportunity I have learnt many skills by working here
Basic questions are asked and easy interview and very much easy to get in through the interview and they also do a online interview process and customer service experience is an advantage

One thing they ask u is that basic questions and working from night is okay or not
