Interview process was challenging. Had a 1:1 with 4 Senior Managers and 1 AVP. They scheduled it as back to back interview and with the client. Been asking me about my leadership style and what I can contribute to the team if they'll hire me. They also asked me about any successful projects I've had and the end result. A lot of technical questions were asked such as WF management, SL, Shrinkage and how you compute for such including CSAT scores. It was indeed a very challenging interview session. They will test your skills and character.

Convoluted interview process. Micromanaging from the onboarding process. Very distrusting interview process, this company is jaded not sure why they are prejudiced against immigrants. Be careful this company will waste your time and efforts without just cause.
couple of steps, could be shortened (remote position) tech test system knowledge role play one way virtual then actual interview. nothing left to say but has to be at least thirty words long good luck.

Short and to the point, very professional staff and precise questions. if you don't get accepted you can try again later after 1 month which is considered as a second chance.
