panel review with the manager, clinical coordinator, charge nurse and others. they call you to come in for an interview, you go in a conference room with all the nurses facing you across a table and ask you questions. they were friendly but intimidating .

tell me about yourself? strength/weakness? favorite class/subjectin nursing,and least favorite?how would you respond to a rude surgeon? tell me about a time you faced a challenge and how did you proceed to solve?
They went on an initial phone call and asked why I wanted to work for sutter. Then they talked about my experience and asked about what experience I have. They got to know a little about me and why nursing
The panel interview process is extremely intimidating. There are approximately 8 staff including, manager, assistant manager, and other nurses from the department. The manager asks most of the questions, while the other staff judge your answers.
Quick and simple. The manager called and I interviewed on zoom with them and a charge nurse. Called by HR within the hour to offer job. Good, easy experience. Expected questions.
