      Human Resources Interview

      25 Sept 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Sacramento, CA
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Sutter Health (Sacramento, CA) in May 2017

      Interview

14 individuals interviewed me ... way too many! A leader should be empowered to hire for their department. The process was very daunting and left a bad impression of the company and the department.

      Question 1

Give me an example of a goal that you reached and how did you reach it.

      Human Resources Interview

      29 Aug 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Mountain View, CA
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Sutter Health (Mountain View, CA) in Aug 2019

      Interview

I was had a total of 4 interviews, 1) phone interview with the recruiter 2) phone interview with the hiring manager 3) onsite interview with the hiring manager and finally 4) a panel interview. I was not selected for the position, which is fine, PAMF needs to hire the right person for their positions. What I take exception to is how I learned that I was not selected. I received a impersonal form email that I was not selected. When an candidate goes through 4 in depth interviews and they are not selected it is disrespectful and unprofessional to send an impersonal email. In all my years of being in HR if a candidate was in the final interviews they always received either a personal phone call from the recruiter or a personal email. I certainly wouldn't send a form email to a candidate.
