Very good interview process. Consisted of 2 stages; the first was a Teams interview with the Head of SSHEQ and Head of Workshops, which included some questions about background and soft skills, then some technical questions and competencies. The second stage consisted of a visit to site, to meet colleagues and see the work, this also included a discussion with a director.
