Phone screen with recruiter followed by panel interview with two people on the account management team. Recruiter responded in a timely manner to emails and process seemed efficient. They were very honest about the position and where the company was lacking.

Interview
Walked through my previous position as Account Manager. The interview was extremely conversational. I would bring up past successes from previous positions and we would speak on that. Spoke about the future and direction of the company.
Discussed the role and responsibilities as well as enhancements that will be planned in the near future!
