A drive to make you feel as uncomfortable as possible to see how you reacted, and not a two way process. Personally this made them lead the questioning to things they wanted to hear rather than answers you may have otherwise have given. I have been in many interviews and meeting scenarios with owners and Directors, but can honestly say the worst.
