Process started with a half hour phone screen to discuss previous experience. After that, I received a take home project, which was then followed up with an hour-long call to discuss my solution. Finally, a culture fit interview with a non-technical member of the team that ran a little over an hour long.

Question 1
Implement a 2 screen app using Figma designs and a simulated REST API response.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Swaypay in May 2020
Interview
In total 3 rounds
1. Simple phone screening interview talking about past experiences and SwayPay as a product in general.
2. A simple single page application with stateless auth implementation(project).
3. Some Algorithms questions with easy to medium difficulty.
