Swedish Match North America interview questions

They explained that it would be 3 interviews: phone screen, virtual, and in-person with Retail Team Manager and Retail Operations Manager. I had a phone interview which seemed to go well. The manager said he'd call back in 1-2 weeks and did not. 6 weeks and several attempts of reaching out.

I wasn’t the ideal candidate, but I had an eagerness to learn. The interview started well but went south once I asked what success looked like in the first year. The interviewer said cautionary things about “hitting a wall” in the company. In the end, I wasn’t hired because they gave the job to one of their friends who got fired from a previous employer for something bad, so I guess that person was more desperate and deserving than I was.
