The interview was conducted outside, but was kept relatively professional. Standard interview questions were asked and I was given information about the job. Overall it was a good experience, and I would say the process was kept straightforward and was pretty simple.

Interview
The employees I met when I walked in were very friendly, and someone got me a soda. I sat with a couple others before the district manager came out with the previous interviewee. She asked me questions about my previous work and my availability, and a couple of personal questions-- we got to talking about my extracurricular activities. We wrapped up with me asking her a few questions about working at Swig. She said I would hear back from them within 2 days, and I was texted an offer a few hours later. Overall it was a great experience.
