I got a call from the Area Manager we had about a 20 minute phone conversation, then we set up a interview at the store which lasted about 40 min. she bascilly sold the store to me and how great they were, that they had a "quricky" blackout schedule which she showed me. The next step was a phone interview with the director of stores. she keep missing our calls and re scheduling them but pretty basic questions...

Interview
I was asked scenarios of situations, I would give my feedback how I would handle the situation. We interviewed at Cozi's for about an hour. She asked if I was willing to work over my 43 hours that is required for managers. I said yes. When the store is not busy are you willing to work open to close when it is slow we expect our managers to be the only ones in store. She explained she has had nothing but trouble with this store, nobody taken deposits on time, people not opening the store.

very basic, what did you do? What are your qualities? Why would you be a good fit? The company is very basic and dollar oriented, best to show a desire to make money by stressing the love for bonuses they offer and competition across the company for top roles.
