A phone interview was first, then in-person interview with 1 board member, the SwimMAC North coordinator and one full time coach. It was more casual than what I thought it would be, especially the dress code. I suggest wearing khaki's and a polo, not slacks and a dress shirt like I did. The North site offices require a key card, so you will have to call someone to let you in the building. Don't lose their number.
