Stupid easy. I botched the whole interview and I still made it in. if you have a pulse and legs you'll be fine. the interviewer was very nice and helpful. certification is somewhat difficult.
Apply, get a call back, go to Loveland and do a group interview. The process is long and they only interviewed in Loveland. If the process was shorter and easier, then they might have more employees.

Interview
You go into their office and sit down with a group of other applicants. It is a very casual interview, but I would wear something presentable. They ask one question and you all take turns answering.
