There wasn't really an interview process for me. They just asked me to follow steps to sign up, which was very straightforward. The only slightly confusing aspect was the clearance for TB testing and how that all gets ironed out before being accepted for the role.

There isn’t one. All you need is requirements like bachelors degree in anything, negative TB test, background check and you’re good to go. The only call you have to do is for orientation which is a zoom format with only a few other people.

Not a real interview was more of an onboarding after you passed the initial sign up. And information about the company and system. I like that all of the onboarding webinars were paid including the California background check and CTC certification fees. You get reimbursed after you start subbing.

The whole process is completed online, no personal interview, You only need to submit materials online and verify your academic qualifications and other materials, No interview questions, the overall difficulty is relatively simple
