The final interview was very short, lasting around 20 minutes. The interviewer (the HR) asked a series of questions relating to motivation, interest, and geopolitical events that could affect Swire's businesses.
First round group virtual interview, 6-8 people a group. First introduce yourself. Then invidually read case material. then free discussion on a case question provided for 30 minutes, mostly solve a business sceanrio, followed by a Q&A. Overall vibe is friendly.
1st stage: Online aptitude test and written test (PPT slide making)
2nd stage: Video recording interview (self-intro, share one of the recent marketing events that impressed you)
3rd stage: Face-to-face group (8-10 person) interview (self-intro, discussion on given topic)
